Given the new directives from all levels of education, can we afford to be more innovative? Being innovative is not a luxury. It is an absolute necessity for current and future leaders. Increased innovation can help us deal better with change and become more productive.

Being Innovative and leading innovations are critical success factors in professional effectiveness. Schools are no different. We need to make our schools more innovative and to teach our students how to think in innovative ways.

This workshop will provide insight into what innovation is and why it has become such a critical skill. It will explain the innovative thinking process and teach how to lead innovation. It will help you understand and build your schools own resource tool box in order to lead your staff and students to improved, effective, on-going change. ministrators’ capacity to influence student and staff development.
