| TOPIC Appreciative Inquiry: Appreciative Inquiry is a habit of mind, heart, and imagination that leads to organizational learning and creativity. Used in place of traditional problem solving, which looks at what is wrong and forges solutions to fix problems, AI seeks what is right in the organization and provides a frame for creating an imagined future. Sue Anderson and Maureen McKenna facilitated the Imagine Student Success Project and Summit in TDSB in 2004/2005. Along with Sandi Della Vedova, Nancy Nightingale and Karen Leckie they will provide an exciting opportunity to learn about and practice Appreciative Inquiry within the context of educational leadership. ![]() |
