A Winter Institute with
Eleanor Adam

TOPIC
Leading Instruction for Student Success

School administrators and teachers have a wealth of data to assess student strengths and needs. But the key to success is using the data to select the most effective intervention and instruction to improve student learning.

Through videos and group activities, your leadership team will explore the nine most powerful strategies for teaching. You will leave the Institute with a variety of practical suggestions for introducing and modeling these nine powerful strategies to support student success.

A former school principal, Eleanor Adam has taught leadership programs at OISE/UT, Harvard and Vanderbilt and is currently working with the several school districts in both Canada and United States to improve student achievement through the creation of professional learning communities.
