  Past Conversation

Embracing Confusion:
What Leaders Do When
They Don't Know What to Do

Rapid change is making confusion a defining feature of school leadership in this century.

Some argue that confusion may be an opportunity to open up new lines of communication, test values against changing realities and develop more creative approaches to problem solving.

Join us for a lively conversation with school leaders as they share with us how they have turned confusion into a resource that has strengthened their team and improved teaching and learning.
