TOPIC

Job Embedded Learning:
Building Professional Learning Communities

Join us for a lively Winter Institute with Eleanor Adam on the strategies for creating professional learning communities.

We will explore various job embedded learning structures as well as experience the challenge of creating powerful conversations that lead to changes in classroom practices. In addition, we will develop ways to help teacher teams become both people and process smart.

Your leadership team will leave the session with practical ideas to implement in your school!

A former school principal, Eleanor Adam has taught leadership programs at OISE/UT, Harvard and Vanderbilt and is currently working with several school districts in both Canada and the United States to improve student achievement through the creation of professional learning communities
