TOPICWalk Throughs with Reflective InquiryThe role of a school administrator is constantly changing with more demands for competency, instructional leadership and feedback to teachers. Accountability is the new normal at a time when administrators are encouraged to build reflective teams. Time is an ongoing pressure. The Walk Through with Reflective Inquiry is one tool that administrators can use to deal with the tensions, challenges and expectations of the job. This introductory conversation is designed to introduce you to the broad concepts nested in the Walk Through.
