TOPIC
Team Building in Difficult Times

A former President of the Staff Development Council of Ontario, Eleanor Adam has taught leadership programs at OISE, Harvard and Vanderbilt. A consultant to various groups across North America and China, Eleanor has worked in England with the Effective Schools Research Program.

Currently, Eleanor is working on specific projects at OISE/UT and with the Chicago Public School District facilitating STARS: School Teams Achieving Results for Students…a program to improve classroom instruction through the creation of professional learning communities.

Eleanor will review the leadership styles and strategies that help us through the difficult times.
